A company specialized in reliability engineering based in Valence joins the ALTELIOS TECHNOLOGY Group
The acquisition of Engetec, which has now become our Belgian subsidiary: Evolis Consulting.
The company NEPTUS, specialized in embedded software and image processing, joins the ALTELIOS TECHNOLOGY Group.
ALTELIOS TECHNOLOGY becomes the official distributor of the RAM COMMANDER software through its partnership with the company ALD.
The group expands with the acquisition of Altezia, Criatys, Edilyo, ECLEO, and more.
The Energy Division is launched through the acquisition of the NEVOLIA entity.
